Our UK delivery charges start from just £1.95 dependent on product and shipping requirements. We also offer a free local delivery service within a 12 mile radius of the shop, please see the delivery drop down menu when ordering. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for deliveries and aim to despatch orders on the day they are received, during opening hours.

Our large pieces, furniture and breakables are sent via a courier service. Prices are dependent on size and weight and your location. We can give you price before you order. 

If your order is urgently needed, please give us a call and we will try to get it to you on a speedier service, if available.

We regret that we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK at this time. We do accept returns.

If when you receive your items you are not happy with anything, please give us a call straight away so that we can help rectify. We may arrange for you to return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund. We regret that we cannot refund your original delivery charge unless the item is faulty.
